As a senior corporate lawyer, Attorney Juan has extensive experience assisting corporate entities with their expansion and management in the USA and the EMEA regions. He individually advised and facilitated the expansion of a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Rising Star EU startup into the US market, culminating in its acquisition by a US growth equity firm. Additionally, he has managed the legal affairs for various EU entities in the US, providing counsel on contract negotiations, HR issues, and litigation defense.

In his role managing the EMEA corporate agenda for Honeywell International, Attorney Juan oversaw corporate legal matters for regions including the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg. He ensured compliance and led initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructuring, and supported tax planning and funds repatriation, working closely with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
